Richard Caseby, Founder
Richard is a highly experienced strategic communications director, media specialist and change consultant.
He has counselled and delivered integrated communications strategy for CEOs, Prime Ministers, ministers, and Royal Offices in the UK, Jordan, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Most recently, he has advised international government clients in the United Arab Emirates and Iraq.
As the former director of communications of Whitehall’s biggest and most complex operational department, he has designed and delivered external campaigns and media for five Secretaries of State, and internal change and engagement campaigns for 80,000 colleagues.
As lead consultant for the Prime Minister’s Office and Cabinet Office, Richard set up communications teams for the UK’s most important strategic partners in the Middle East, from Jordan to Oman, helping redefine how governments speak with millions of citizens.
As head of office for an international private sector consultancy, he delivered strategy and media to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 transformation programme.
And as Managing Editor of The Sunday Times and a board director of Times Newspapers Ltd for over a decade, Richard has an unrivalled understanding of how modern media works, what it wants and how best to respond when your reputation is challenged.
He is also co-founder of The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For Awards, the UK’s biggest and most comprehensive research into workplace engagement.
Richard has featured in PR Week’s Powerbook, the list of the UK’s most influential PR professionals, and has regularly been invited to judge the British Press Awards, most recently from 2021 to 2024.
